I'm a Product Designer who transforms complex ecosystems into intuitive, high-impact products. I lead zero-to-one initiatives — from launching TurboTax's first AI-driven onboarding to scaling Procore's cross-platform design system — and I'm driven by identifying the friction points that cause user drop-off, then testing and iterating until I find what actually moves engagement and retention. I care as much about applying systems thinking to ambiguous problems as I do about the craft behind the solutions.
